Baby Dance is a relaxed dance class for (expectant) parents where your baby stays safe and close to you in a carrier while you move together to warm, Afro-Latin music. There is no choreography to memorize and no dance experience required. It is simply an hour of fun, connection, and a little time for yourself—with your baby.

We are located on the second floor, which can be reached by stairs. We recommend using a baby carrier instead of a stroller, as there is no elevator.

We keep our groups small to provide a peaceful, attentive environment where both parents and babies can feel at ease. Please register in advance, as spaces are limited.
Nice to know:
This class is very easy-going; no prior skills or preparation are required. If your baby is hungry, needs a cuddle, or requires a fresh diaper, simply take the time to attend to those needs. There is no pressure—anything goes. It is all about enjoying the moment together, moving at your own pace, and having fun. We keep class sizes intentionally small to create a calm and comfortable environment for everyone.
Baby Dance is suitable for expectant parents and parents with a baby who can be safely carried in an ergonomic carrier and has the necessary head and neck support.
